I can't Play Deluxe Ski Jump

For over 1 month I have problem with run Deluxe Ski Jump setups. I have - Could not find valid Direct3D video adapter! Other games don't have problems. [https://imgur.com/a/fDAttxq]

"When I got my new PC, I had the exact same issue. Before every launch, I had to open the folder, run the DSJ4 setup, close it, and then the game would start normally. Now the game boots up fine most of the time, and I only occasionally need to run that file again."
