Offline game improvements

• Option to choose if competition start order is based on World Cup or Ski Flying World Cup ranking
• Option to choose on which cup standings prequalification rule is based on
• Sort team competition start list after each group on final round

• Fixed ski jumper stuttering on some modern GPUs
• Fixed chat disabled symbol in online team cup stats view
• Keep KO bib on subsequent round(s)
• Update initial rankings corrently on jump hud
• Prequalify only entrants who have cup/jump points

Very nice updates lately! Bought a key to further support the game.

Any plans for online game enhancements? Private server configuration options by owner would be a big step towards enabling us players to organize our own cups. I bet you would get more private server sales if this was implemented. I would buy one again for sure
