Forgotten DSJ 4 Key

years ago I purchased Deluxe Ski Jump 4, but unfortunately I can no longer find my license key. I wanted to ask if there is any possibility to recover or reissue the key.
I am not completely sure anymore which payment method I used. I believe it might have been PayPal, but I cannot guarantee that.
