Bugs fixed

• Game crashing on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 when overwriting previously saved game
• Game crashing on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 when deleting previously saved game
• Incorrect competition dates calculated from season start date & season finish date settings
• Faulty leap day validation in date inputs
• Could not load replay files if they had incorrectly calculated dates
• CPU players received wrong base points on hills with HS185-HS199
