I can upload the game if you want, but it's just DSJ2 with less hills and slightly worse physics.

It's the same like DSJ 2 but only 8 players and only 8 CPU, only 8 hills and no replays.

Of course. Dos games work on some XP systems, but never on winvista+ without an emulator.
