Thsi happens usually when you gain "too much" speed. For example gate 35 in kulm is somewhat easy way to recreate these kind of jumps

As far as I know it happens ecause you are having too much speed and air pressures your skis too much.
In one scenario this happens often in between 150-200m in kulm when your jumpers position gets slightly upwards and by default you try to correct it slightly too aggressively.
