I am pretty sure i bought DSJ4 but i dont have the key anymore :/ Is it possible to resend it to me?

Hi, im pretty sure that I had full version of dsj4 years ago (around 2015) - is it possible to check it somehow or resent the key? My current e-mail address:
makszub@wp.pl but i dont know if that is the address i gave then.
