Bugs fixed
- Game crashing on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 when overwriting previously saved game
- Game crashing on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 when deleting previously saved game
- Incorrect competition dates calculated from season start date & season finish date settings
- Faulty leap day validation in date inputs
- Could not load replay files if they had incorrectly calculated dates
- CPU players received wrong base points on hills with HS185-HS199
- Player & bib selection forgotten in Online Game menu
- Player & bib selection forgotten in Practice Settings menu
