I have full version of DSJ3 1.4.0 from PC magazine (Komputer Świat)
If i download DSJ3 1.5.0 from Mediamond site and install it on 1.4.0, I save all hills enabled or I must buy full version?

The Komputer Świat version of DSJ3 is not updateable. So, you need to buy a license for the full version of DSJ3 if you want to play the full version of DSJ3 v1.5.0.
